Level one or level two?

You prolly wanna start with LEVEL ONE. Try it out, and if you can do more, do LEVEL TWO.

LEVEL ONE

Some stretches that mostly target the lower back and legs. There’s some simple workouts as well, but it’s mostly about getting your joints moving.

There’s also some optional stretches for pain in the lower neck and the traps.
